「Location is good, close to Tram station. staff is friendly. Cleanses is bad. room window glass were covered by bird excrement. some facilities in room were covered by a thick layer of dust. toilet didn't work sometimes.....」

「I rarely write a review but I think this hotel experience categorically does not deserve a rating of over 8, given that our room: - was next to a public alleyway, meaning the curtains had to be closed the whole time, allowing for no natural light - had no door between the bedroom and toilet, with a short distance between the two, absolutely zero privacy I imagine we were given one of the worst rooms in the hotel, but regardless this is completely subpar quality for the experience expected!」

「The rooms are extremely small. We took a double room and barely could fit our luggages. There is no space to move in the room. And the bathroom is horrible. The toilet is in a narrow area. It was difficult to be comfortable to sit in there. We had to use the other toilets on the 4th floor sometimes because it was getting very uncomfortable.
