"The room is gigantic, clean, and comfortable. The location of the hotel is great for a quick lay over in Dallas. However, if you are planning to visit the city, this might not be the hotel despite super cheap price. The only downside, the shower amenity is lacking in my opinion. They dont have the body wash."

"The unit was old and dated. Could tell the property was an off brand hotel before & Hilton put there name on it. My BIGGEST ISSUE WAS wanting to charge us for EVERY SINGLE THING. We’ve stayed at Hiltons and Hampton Inns a lot. Never have signed up for Honors club, so that’s on me, but to pay that price for a room and then have to pay For breakfast, parking plus a $1.00 per bottle of water in the room was a bit much. Even Motel 6 give a bottle of water to customers. Almost felt like they did a count on toilet paper sheets we used so if we used over the allotted number of sheets/not Honors membership they’d charge extra. Although the staff were above expectations. Kind and very courteous. Even though you CAN change a traveler for each individual thing, you shouldn’t!"
