「horrible」

「I booked a single bed room and paid for it. When I was about to check in, the front desk told me that my information was not in the system. I said how could it be possible, so I showed him my payment receipt. After a long time, they suddenly told me that they found it and upgraded my room for free. In the end, they gave me a room with two beds. I told the front desk that I was alone! Unpleasant」

「Room mostly clean | Very minimal in room amenities, was just shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a bar of soap. Was disappointing for such an expensive and highly rated room | Check in staff were very friendly and kind. Even had popcorn for us to take to the room | Breakfast was wonderful and had several options | We could not get the room to cool down for several hours. We were sweating trying to sleep | The bed was not for us. It was very uncomfortable and we struggled to sleep all night....
