「Front office staff was amazing! However, upon check in they tried to give me a room with a garden view instead of sea view room I had paid for. Had to ask for it to be sorted. Room was dusty, with cobwebs. On the last day there was no running water. Do not disturb sign on my front door was disregarded had maintenance knocked on my door at 6am. Awful experience!」

「The toilets DO NOT flush! Our group of friends had taken three rooms and ALL of them had plumbing issues. One of them changed the room to another floor and still the same issue. Another one not only had the toilet blocked, but even the shower drain was plugged. Water went out of the washroom, into the room and out into the corridor while taking a shower. The staff is very friendly and helpful but it is impractical to call then every time one uses the toilet. Not giving one star because the...
