「Check-in was a nightmare. Had no idea where to park in the parking garage, wasn't sure how to get there from unloading our bags. Desk clerk was rude and provided no help. We finally figured it out by driving around. This morning at check out we noticed a printed instruction sheet on the front desk, would have been nice if we had one offered to us when we arrived (it was not on the counter when we arrived). 「Fantastic, gorgeous property. Comfy beds, Beautiful facility. All new and very modern. Appreciated the extra layer of security that you have to have a room key to get to the upper floors. This does mean if you use a food delivery service you need to go to the desk to get it. The big downer and the only reason I docked a star was because of parking. There were only a handful of spots near an entrance. The parking lot is across the street, and it is small and uncovered. You have to cross a brick...

「Walked in room. Smelled like pot. Asked for a different room didn’t have one. So we left. Hopefully can get a refund front desk guy on staff was zero help」

「First of all the hotel sat way back from the road and was kind of hidden. There were people hanging around outside that made us feel uncomfortable. The hotel was not maintained very well on the inside. There’s damage to the furniture and the doors and the carpet is very worn. The air conditioner in our room did not work and we ended up having to request a different room. We did not feel safe and won’t be booking with this Holiday Inn Express anytime soon. Such a disappointing stay.」
