「Unfriendly or even hostile attitude of the receptionist. Didn't fufill what has promised. I don't think it was due to language and misunderstanding. I studied PhD in Sydney and worked 9 yrs in Sydney. 」

「Everything is quite ok. Only free wifi provided is having very narrow bandwidth (relatively slow). Also, the mattress and pillows are too soft. Other than the above, very good service as they allow us to have early check in at 12pm without additional charges.」
