「Staying in a bunkhouse at Highlander was wonderful — free parking on the street just behind, clean room, cute welcome note and unique, welcome vibe overall. Checking in was a little troublesome with no one answering the phone and no parking/unloading details on their website, but once I got to my room, I was delighted. It was just very cute and right in the heart of the main drag in Highlands with so much walkable. The patio out front with free coffee and banana bread in the morning was absolute...

「The friendly staff made the check in process quick and easy. The units are a bit dated, but they were clean and comfortable. The units on either side were occupied, but we never heard any noise. I will definitely stay here in the future and add one or two days to check out all the included amenities. 」

「The suite was cozy, clean, and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the towels were soft. Because they're working on road repairs, it's about a 15-minutes drive from the suite to US-64. There aren't many places to eat nearby, but the suite has a fully equipped kitchen」

「The only problem that we had was the first unit they sent us to was not ready. The bed wasn’t made, the patio to the balcony was open, and there were spiders in the jacuzzi tub. But when staff was notified they rectified the problem. Other than that minor minor and yes I meant to say it twice because it wasn’t horrible. But other than that we had a marvelous time. We will be coming back. It will be me and my woman’s getaway spot. Thanks again!!!!!」

「The owners and our wonderful breakfast maker are very helpful, welcoming and friendly. It's a very nice place to stay while enjoying the many hikes in the area (Rainbow Falls, etc.). Comfort was great except that our room and bathroom were a bit crowded for my husband who is larger. The walls are thin if you have neighbors. The facilities are relaxing and nice. We enjoyed a nice (expensive) Italian meal at a fine restaurant next door. 」

「Front desk called at 2 pm that the room is ready for us, that was great! Friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant served delicious meal at 20% for staying in their hotel. I will definitely come back. 」

「Charming old-style inn with a nice hot breakfast. Friendly staff that went out of their way to help move our booking to another room when the cabin A/C went out a day before we arrived. We only stayed for a night, but we would definitely stay here again next time we are in Franklin!」
