「The room is very comfortable and has a bathtub. The only problem is that the toilet door can't stay open. The service is excellent. 」

「Super nice to stay at, only minus one star because one of the 3 elevators was busted. Causing delays in the lobby and trying to get luggage up and down was chaos..」

「The breakfast was warm and fresh. Good meal to start the day. The staff was very friendly each morning and very courteous with opening doors or holding open the elevator. Each morning they had inspiring quotes and a riddle on a dry erase board. Very clean hotel with keeping lobby and breakfast area up kept with wiping down tables and mopping foyer. Parking was very easy and convenient. 」

「Heads up: the drive up is terrifying. Very narrow road, lots of switchbacks. No railings. The condo was a little run down. Carpet was stained. The door didn't stay closed very well and the doorknob to the balcony was nearly falling off. But the beds were comfy and everything else was nice. 」

「Clean room, great amd friendly staff amd location is perfect for walking the Gatlinburg strip. There are 2 things i didnt care for. I got a room with 2 "queen" size beds, they were definitely NOT queen size beds. They were a full size bed which matters a lot because i am 6ft5in tall. The second thing is the toilet was so close to the bathroom door that i couldnt use the bathroom basically without my knees touching the door lol. It is a great place though.」

「We decided to pay the $9.99 for the breakfast meal. It was the exact same type food that we are given free at other hotels, with a cheaper price. We should have looked at what was offered before we paid, but did not. That is our fault. This type breakfast should be complementary.」
