「In my bathroom they left me old soap used from other customers. Was not that clean. There was a dog that barked all night until I called the desk around midnight. They said they would try and find who had the dog. I mean don't you register who comes in with a dog? Was quiet for a while and then in early morning it started all over again. 」

「I had a clean room, bathroom, beds, and floors. I only have two complaints, the garage disposal needed to be cleaned out BADLY. It had the room smelling awful & if you’d go near the sink it was so strong it literally had me gagging! I did leave a note to the housekeeper on the little card that was in the room about that garbage disposal needing to be cleaned badly, it was also a empty beer can in one of the bathroom drawers. I took it out and threw it in the trash can. But other than them two...

「First day and half the second floor smelled like a hot dumpster. The first floor at elevator 5 had a lingering smell of feces. There were missing condiments. And the shower head was so soft it took forever to rinse my hair and I’m close to bald. Also 15 min after I check in someone was trying to enter my room. Apparently they were issued the same room. I stay at a lot of Marriotts on east coast and Midwest. This is by far the worst managed and maintained Courtyard I have ever been to. I will not...
