「The king size room was great had fridge and coffee maker, a surprise...needs microwave. The bathroom tub needed replaced because it was messed up around the drain which looks nasty....I'm 76 and love bathes. It was room 309. Otherwise room was great.」

「I asked Belterra to give us a voucher since our daughter's golf tournanment for Saturday, 4/18 was canceled due to weather. I did not expect a refund. And she will play many tournaments here over the next several years. I did not receive a reply.
That just isn't good business...you took my money, I didn't stay there and not even a courtesy reply...thumbs down」
