「My only comment is that I forget we now have to request our room be made up. For a two night stay, I don’t need clean linens, but it would have been nice to have the bed made and the towels folded. I’ll have to remember to make that request in the future. All staff were very nice.」

「I was given a room on the third floor without elevators. I think I was the only person staying at the hotel so I decided since I was a solo traveler I was given a room for one person and maybe because I booked thru Expedia, I don’t know. The room was very comfortable. Restaurant and bar were closed until later in the week. I was there on a Monday so beware of limited places to eat and drink on a Monday evening. 「My fiancé and i had a wonderful time here. right in the heart of Berkley Springs, is is convenient to shopping, galleries and the famous hot springs. Tom was a 5-star host! He greeted us at the door, guided us to room and couldn't have been nicer, more friendly or professional. We both felt like family here.
