"Central and perfect for our needs. Staff was outstanding. Minor detail has no iron. Stgf was quick to provide tho. There was no bathplug.. rhat was due to saving water. I needed one as i was travelling with my little girl of 7 months. "

"Deplorable este hotel! Soy una defensora de los hoteles medianamente económicos pues los utilizo para descansar nada más, pero este hotel tiene una limpieza deficiente y las fotos de las habitaciones( estuve en 2) difieren con la realidad. La ropa de cama está sucia,gastada y rota, los colchones viejos y el mobiliario , viejo y roto. Tengo fotos que acreditan todo y no se pueden subir aquí, pues dice que el archivo es muy grande. Si pueden evitar ir a este hotel, háganlo por su bien . A la...

"The entrance to this hotel is off a pedestrian shopping area, no road or vehicle noises, very quiet room, city centre location next to shops and restaurants, city bus station within a ten minute walk, hotel staff are warming and professional, the hotel is grand and exceptionally clean, breakfast is a buffet style service, gentleman "Juan" on reception was very helpful, spoke English, as i speak no Spanish this was a great help, excellent value for your money. "
