"The place looks great in the photos, but the reality was disappointing. The building exterior had dirty windows and visible cracks. Inside, the room wasn’t clean, a torn pillow and long hairs in the carpet. Spa area: mold in the pool and humidity in the shower. To top it off, we were charged $7 for two Nespresso capsules in the room that seemed complimentary. Definitely not worth the price."

"Me cobró de mas. No me dio la habitación con vista a la montaña. La cama no era queen size, eran 2 de una plaza. No me pasó la contraseña del wifi. Le tuve que pedir el control del aire acondicionado. No me dejó guardar una bebida en la heladera. El desayuno autoservicio se paga aparte."

"This apartment was amazing! It was so spacious and comfortable, I would gladly stay here again in a heartbeat!! The huge balcony was unreal — if you’re traveling with friends or family, you will absolutely feel like you’ll have so much space available. I loved the restaurants and shops in the area, as well as plenty of grocery stores to stock up on drinks and snacks. Walking around to explore the city is really convenient as this place is centrally located. "
