"Great stay. Clean room, friendly staff. Great location "

"Excellent location. Lots to see and do just a short walk away. Friendly staff and aside from some hair in the bathroom, the hotel was very clean. Walls are very thin. Might be an issue for light sleepers. "

"The door to our room had been broken. We had to swipe our key literally 50 times every time to get in. Staff was rude when a new key was requested due to the key issue. There were balls of hair on the floor in the pool room and all through the pool. The hot tub was not marked broken but the water temp was at 65 degrees. Coffee in the lobby was cold. The arcade games would take the credits but not work with no resolution from staff as the machines are from a "third party". It's really such a shame as my family and I have been going here for years on spring break. We will have to try somewhere new next year unfortunately. "

"Perfectly fine. Staff was friendly. A couple of minor nits. Faucet in bathroom was loose (still worked) and I noticed the hallway outside room was not vacuumed during our stay (same detritus on the carpet). But otherwise all good. "

"We stayed at Green Mountain Suites in Burlington last night, and it was truly a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt warm, peaceful, and welcoming. The suites are spacious, clean, and very comfortable—perfect for resting after an emotional and meaningful trip. The fireplace added such a cozy touch, making the space feel even more special and relaxing. The staff was kind and attentive, always willing to help and making us feel cared for throughout our stay. The overall environment is quiet, beautiful, and thoughtfully maintained. We especially appreciated how serene and comforting everything felt—it was exactly what we needed. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for comfort, warmth, and a peaceful stay in Burlington."

"The Hotel was in a convienient location. Just a few minutes to walk to to shops and restaurants. We were quite dissapointed when we found out just a few days before our stay that the hotel was under construction. The pool, hot tub and bar were not open. We had to wake up to hammers and banging in the morning. This is something that we should have been notified about up front. They had plastic hanging around the entrance to keep the cold air out of the lobby, and when we went walked out a large chunk of ice fell off and hit me in the head. Not a great stay."
