「The hotel being new was a plus. The front desk staff was not accommodating as they could have been. We reserved the room months in advance and when we called the day before and the morning of to reiterate our wishes they would not try to help. The hotel was about half full at the most, but our desire to have a room near the elevator and high floor could not be fulfilled. We paid for a 1-bedroom executive suite and she gave us a handicap room with small shower. We went back to the desk to...

「Breakfast was good. Room as clean and nice. Friendly staff and enjoyed petting Skittles the cat. Only thing I would change or recommend is having charging stations in each room. That would make it perfect!!」
