「I don’t like this place. They are friendly but I don’t like it. 」

「The property was clean and the staff was polite, but I was disappointed that I was placed in an accessible room even though I did not request one. I asked if another room was available and was told the hotel was fully booked. While I understand availability issues happen, the room layout was not comfortable for my stay and did not match my expectations when booking. Other than that, the property itself was decent and well maintained.」

「We stayed to attend a concert at MassMoca, which was a 2 minute walk. Staff was friendly and the room was amazing, clean and had everything you need. Would recommend 1000x」

「Our room wasn’t ready at the time of checkout (the receptionist told us the room was being cleaned), which was pretty upsetting after already driven two hours. I expected a clean room, but still found things like hair and dead peeled skin on the bed and floor. The people in the rooms next to us and below us were also noisy」
