「还不错的酒店，离主要汽车站5分钟路程，出行方便，设施、服务等都还不错，早餐也丰富可以，唯一缺点就是没电梯，楼梯搬行李，也没办法老房子改造的。总体很好。」

You can tell from the front desk staff to the cleaning staff they love what they do and the professionalism shows! They also arranged my private ride from Florence Airport direct to the hotel. Amazing and I will stay here in the future. 」
