「At 3am in the morning couldn’t flush toilet had to move to a room on other side of floor then the elevator wouldn’t go dn to 1st floor spoke to the lady who said she was a mgr wasn’t apologetic at all about none of the situations told me jst put the elevator on hold & the other one would com up to 3rd floor this was after I walked dn 3 flights of steps I was told by the same mgr that she would giv me $25. off per night which I’m waiting to receive so I won’t b stayn at the Country Inn Suites...

「Wonderful hotel right in the center of town. Easy check in and nice breakfast. One slight issue is the heating/air conditioning units are a bit troublesome but still slept well.」

「Friendly efficient staff and superior rooms. The water pressure was fantastic!! Our 9yo loved that it was adjustable so she had a kid sized shower. I wish there was more to choose from for breakfast. I’m gluten intolerant and there wasn’t much to eat. The coffee was excellent and my daughter enjoyed her parfait. Overall would def recommend」

「Everything was nice.we arrived early and wasn't allowed to check in till 4. So don't arrive early. Food was good and the bar was nice.」

「We had a flat tire around 2pm on route neat Columbia. Called the site and they said no refunds since the hotel was booked on Expedia. Finally after many attempts to contact Expedia customer “service”…they said the would contact site and approve a refund but then said the site was not answering phone and closed the file. Do better.」
