「We liked the location of the hotel as it was close to all of the places we visited in Williamsburg. The staff was very helpful and the cleaning lady who was assigned to our room was friendly and did a good job of cleaning our bathroom every day and replenishing our towels. 「I liked the fact that it was a full size condo, with lots of room to spread out and have all the comforts of home. We loved it! We didn’t have time to take advantage of all of the amenities.」

The grounds were lovely, the room was clean and well sized, everything was as advertised. There is a lot to do on site including daily scheduled activities. We would choose to stay here again if we return to the area.」

「Maybe a better choice out of the surrounding hotels but definitely didn't feel like it was as great as most of the reviewers have mentioned. The front lobby appears nice and the staff were very friendly. However, although they maybe had some renovations, rooms still felt a little outdated and small. 「We stayed at this hotel in June 2025, and apart from a really awful odor in our room, it was okay so we booked it again this year (for one night). This time, the room was not fully cleaned, had some serious maintenance issues, didn’t have enough bedding or towels for the 3 people for whom we booked the room, and, worst of all, had a broken A/C causing the temperature in the room to be 80 degrees! 「The property was ok parking was an issue because people was not following the rules and parking extra cars in the overflow parking. The rooms are kinda dated but nice. I had no problems other than that」
