「This place was exactly what we needed. Somewhere to lay our heads at night because we were spending our days out and about. Nothing fancy, but we weren’t looking for fancy. Palm Suites is unique in that each room is individually owned. Those that run the from desk have nothing to do with the condition of the rooms. 「Kate was so nice and helpful when we checked in! Our room was upgraded at no extra charge, our room was spacious, comfy, and clean. We were in Oriental for a wedding, had never been to the area before, and Kate even offered to give us a ride home from the wedding. Could not have asked for a better stay!」
