「The room was a bit cramped for two adults and a 10-year-old, but it was generally clean and well-maintained. However, the shower system was quite disappointing: it was extremely loud when turned on, and the water pressure was very weak. Additionally, the walls were very thin; we could clearly hear the neighboring room whenever their shower was in use, and the noise from their children playing was loud enough to make the walls shake. 」

「Located in between two stations (Two DLR and one Train) so very convenient to travel around in London. It is just next to the Greenwich Market and the Observatory Park. The hotel is what you would expect from a standard chain value hotel so you have nothing to complain. It is opposite to a university so there could be some youths noise at night but it is acceptable.」

「I have a problem with My Parking in Morrison basement. Neither the hotel staff or the Morrisons staff could help. I strongly suggest anyone who need parking during your stay, prebook and prepay the parking by “Pay by Phone”. 」
