「The property is in an ideal location, and most of the staff was very nice. Except for one of the front desk people who was quite judgey whenever we asked a question. When we asked for an umbrella, he looked outside like we were nuts. When we asked for help with a dinner reservation, he was kind of snooty at our preferred time and argued with us that the restaurant wouldn’t even be open. It was of course, and absolutely packed, but we got in anyway. 」

「The hotel location is convenient and close to most scenic spots. The staff, Fabricio and Leonardo, are very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and cozy. They provided us an iPad to use during our stay, which is very useful in our trip. The complimentary tea and happy hour also brightened our trip!」

「旅店的地點在老橋附近，附近環境很好，很多店可以逛，也有很多餐廳。但離火車站有距離，拖行李很難走，很累。最近的公車站至少要走500公尺。」

「位置比較好，可方便來往火車站、購物、食市地方。房間地方比較闊寬，容易放置行李及用品。至於早餐比較一般，不要有太大期望。房間收費會一早過數，如果退房要額外收費。接待員很有禮貌，有介紹當地名勝，亦有介紹怎樣由酒店去名勝地方，值得一讚。房間毛巾不足夠，只提供每人一條毛巾，洗澡抺身及普通抺臉都是通一條。」

「是個建築體很老的飯店，很有歐洲風情，早餐還不錯，有個小露台，位置距離共和廣場及聖母百花聖殿都很近，離車站也不遠，房間床很舒服。」

「Nice room service and sufficient room area especially with an excellent bathroom. The heat pad should be examined and fixed because the performance of heat generator may not sufficient during winter season.」

The views of our rooms just faced to the back yard where only could see some building constructions (air pipes & etc.) around there. Our twin beds room was small and we could not sleep by the noisy air conditioning, however, we had got room change for the next night.」
