「Front desk seems to hold a grudge towards Expedia rentals. Attitude is bad. Dislike that we can't move from one room to another etc. Not their fault I suppose but it's the first year I've felt places don't like Expedia renters. Other than that, hotel is good. Renovations on hotel are excellent.」

「I traveled here for business and stayed 5 nights. The public areas and the guest room were very clean. It was quiet, which I liked. The view from my room was of the Soo Locks, and just outside the hotel is a fabulous coffee shop. Just perfect for a business trip!」

「The setting was excellent. Cabin just feet from Lake Huron. It is like a time capsule going into the cabin. I was reminded of going to such cabin in the 1950’s & 60’s.
It was rustic, musty but pleasant. 」
