「The hotel was very clean, I wish I had paid for the breakfast because I thought the buffet was excellent when I used it. The staff were also very friendly and helped me throughout my stay for a locally hosted conference.」

「Great service. Walking distance to downtown area great.」

「good」

「Nice, dog friendly hotel in downtown Asheville. Professional staff, great location and convenient parking. The room was a bit cold but spacious and clean. Beds were okay, pillows too thick and lumpy. The only real negative was street noise: music from across the street, police sirens etc. We were on the 8th floor and the noise was really disturbing. We stayed in other hotels downtown Asheville and the noise has never been such an issue.」

「Fast check in, friendly staff, very convenient with complimentary airport shuttle and so close to the airport. Good standard breakfast to start your day.」

「Friendly staff. Nice environment with rooftop views bar which serves tasty pizzas. Spacious room. Complementary reception is an extra bonus! Definitely recommend it!」
