「I'm not sure how this property has such high reviews. It's below average and far overpriced. More comparable to a Super 8. Which is a shame because I remembered it being so much better. It's been years since I've stayed here and unfortunately it's very outdated and needs a lot of work to upgrade some things. We rented a room that has the king room and then a sleep sofa. 「As always The Wren was an exceptional place to stay. Welcoming to pups and the employees who Checked us in and checked us out were friendly and fun to chat with. There was one exception. As we were leaving we asked for a towel from the front desk. Our dog had jumped in the river and we wanted to dry him off a bit before we got in the car. It looked as though the employees were having a meeting. One man looked at us and said, we only have towels with urine on them. We were taken aback a little....

「The room was excellent as were the pet friendly facilities. Breakfast was well done and staff kept items replaced and asked if anything was needed. The river view was great as well.」
