「The staff were so friendly and kind. Made the experience better walking in after a long drive in. The room was clean and honestly extremely comfortable beds, amenities were great, and the Bistro was a great touch to the hotel. Best wishes to the staff as they serve North Canton, and would highly recommend for future guests.」

「I stayed at this hotel after Expedia helped me find a replacement location when there were issues with my original reservation. Unfortunately, my experience from check-in to check-out was extremely disappointing. Upon entering the hotel, I immediately noticed an unpleasant odor throughout the building. At check-in, I waited approximately 15 minutes while the two employees at the front desk carried on a conversation with each other. They only stopped when the phone rang, and one of them finally...
