Annetta South 3 Stars Hotels

"We all noticed a faint urine smell in the room throughout our stay. Most likely from guests having pets in the room and poor cleaning practices. What was even more disaapointing was the lack of hospitality from the hotel staff behind the front counter area as you enter into the hotel. I have never experienced so many people that didnt smile or consistently greet guests or even attempt to provide help when needed. My sisters and I all felt thr same way about this experience. I haven't stayed at a Marriot hotel for some time and not sure if I will do it again. Also, the photo's of the business center are so misleading."

"The bathrooms need upgrading,,,,no vent fan, window or covering on the highhat light. Cobwebs in the corner of the room too. Housekeeping only comes every other day."

"The room was clean and modern. Staff was nice and helpful."
