「Well equipped room & very friendly staff」

「地點很好，但是前2晚都沒有暖氣，不論如何反應都沒有用，直到第3晚才搞定。早餐太簡單了，用餐環境也太小了！」

「Very spacious and nice room. We chose the room with private sauna which is perfect. It is exactly what you see in the photos. The flowers and plants in the balcony are well-maintained and it's delightful to get some fresh air out there. Nice and cozy! We just used the kitchen a bit to warm up some simple food, but note that there is no range hoods so it may not be a good idea to cook something with strong smell or fry a steak. Overall it was everything we want. We'll stay again when we visit...

「The check in and breakfast are across the street. Breakfast was great and the staff was very helpful. Our room was exactly what we needed. I would have liked a clear path to get to the trail behind the hotel or patio chairs to enjoy the back area.」

「One of the best states of our lives. Everything was new and impeccable. Very quiet and relaxing and state of the yard technology, but old world class and service. Definitely coming back. Family that owns and runs hotel is fantastic. Location is incredible with short walks to three different gondolas or train lifts to go hiking and eat at restaurants. Front desk organize superb E bike tour.」

「There are beautiful sitting areas on each floor. The breakfast has a great variety. The staff warm and welcoming. There is no air conditioning but if you ask, you can get a fan which does the trick in the summer. We would definitely come again.」

「My family had such a great time staying at this hotel. This hotel offers great view with outdoor pools and many seating areas you can relax after any activities near Ortisei. What sets this hotel apart from other hotels we have been to are amazing breakfast they offer and even better 3 or 4 course dinner they offer. We had dinner for 3 days and they offered different meals which were amazing every day. I would highly recommend this hotel if anyone is staying in Ortisei.」
