"As a North American traveler, you need to make sure you select a western room that has a shower. Some of the rooms do not have a shower and you need to use the baths. This is a problem if you have a morning flight as the bath not open early enough. It is also a problem if you think you can shower in your own room."

"I booked this not knowing anything about traveling in Japan. Figured I’d get to the airport and figure it all out there and found this by the airport and thought it great for the price. And it was! Very clean and plenty of room for 1 traveler. All I needed was a place to lay my head and it was that and then some. The pillow provided was not great but it worked. The only bad thing I could say that really was bad is that the train runs right on top of it. Only noticed when I was awake....

"I really enjoyed my overnight here in Yuni. It's a small mountain style A frame coffee house connected to a nice corridor with only four rooms, so there isn't a lot of noise from other guests. The rooms were clean and the futons were comfortable. There are some fans to keep you cool, but summers in Hokkaido aren't too hot so it wasn't that big of a deal to not have AC. The cabin was a bit far from the city center, but an easy walk down main Street will get you there in no time. The owners were...
