Very friendly and helpful staff! Clean and spacious room with big bath tub for your own "onsen" . Each room has its own shielded parking. A petrol station is just beside. Although a little far to Sapporo city area, but easy to access as just beside the main roads. Generally, nice hotel. Thanks.

Overall, the accomodation has very basic offerings. To enter the house, we have to go through the reception to go to the back of the house. The rooms are on 2nd floor so we had to bring the luggages up and down a flight of narrow stairs. Its a problem when the luggage is big and bulky. We stayed here 1 night so it was not a big deal for us. Great for short stays and not for fussy guests.

素泊り、レンタカーありならOKかな

温泉というよりラブホを改修したホテルだと思います。 目的地に一番近いので選びましたが、レンタカーないと食事も大変な環境です。

ホテルは古さあるものの部屋の清掃は隅々まで行き届いており、洗面台やトイレはとても綺麗で、よくあるお風呂の浴槽、風呂桶、椅子、設置されてたボディソープ、シャンプー、リンスのボトル表面にもザラザラ感は一切無く徹底的に清掃されてると思います⭐︎ また、夏でホテル周辺は木々が多いため害虫対策の説明書きやスプレーなども置かれており細部まで気遣いを感じ取れました。 フロントには日本語も話せる2名の外国人女性スタッフがおり些細な事でも気遣いして下さり出入りの際には常に自席から立ち上がり素敵な笑顔で送り出してくれる等私には申し分の無いホテルで静かな時間（とき）を過ごす事が出来ました。 欲言うとトイレに消臭スプレーが欲しかったかな…笑 最後にこの口コミを参考に是非一度足を運んでみて頂ければ金湯亭さんの良さが分かって貰えるかと思います⭐︎

部屋は広くて良かったのですが、浴室も広くとても大きい浴槽でしたので浴槽が使えないのが非常に残念でした。 今回はペット同伴で宿泊させていただきましたが、部屋が広いのでペットも喜んでいるように思いました。 また機会があれば利用させてください。 その時は浴槽も使用できるようにして欲しいです。

2度目の宿泊ですが、スタッフの方も親切でウエルカムドリンクも用意して下さってて感激しました。 愛犬も一緒に気兼ねなく過ごすことが出来て良かったです(*´︶`) 施設は、札幌市内から遠いので宿泊前に持込みする物は買ってから向かった方がいいかなって思います。 コンビニならそれほど遠くないところにあります。 チェックアウトの際、スタッフさんが不在の事が多くきちんとお礼を言えてないのが心残りです！ この場をお借りしてありがとうございました。

施設は　モーテルの改装盤なので　部屋もお風呂も広い　札幌市内から30分くらいの静かな郊外で駐車場も完備　フロントに常時　人は居なくてセルフだけど　値段相応で気を使わなくて良い　フロントが犬の匂いが気になった。

事前の電話対応から大変よくして頂きました。国道のすぐそばですが…車の往来もさほど気にならず静かです。お部屋はフルリノベーション されておりキレイでした。 家族四人と犬二匹同宿でしたが、特段のご配慮を頂き大変助かりました。ありがとうございました。お部屋も広く持参のケージ二台置いても圧迫感なく快適でした。 ただ一点…シャワーフック？の立て付けが緩く…水圧に耐えられず？シャワーが動いてしまい…ややあびにくかったですが…工夫でしのげました。 総じて…ぜひまたリピート宿泊したいと感じた素敵な宿でした。

快適なロッジ

急な階段を昇ると部屋がありますが、ゆったりとした広さがあり、快適でした。 エアコンはなく、扇風機が３台置いてありましたが、最初は不安でしたが暑さも感じず、朝まで問題なく寝れました。 カメムシ殺虫剤が部屋に置かれてましたが、使うことはなかったです。 部屋までの階段が重い荷物を持っているとシンドク、唯一の不満点でした。

初めての利用でしたが満足です。

外観と室内が見るからに跡地を物語ってはいましたが、お部屋はキレイで静かでした。 しいて言うなら窓にレースのカーテンが付いていなかったので、窓を開けると丸見えでした。 時計がなかったのがちょっと不便だったな〜と。 お部屋が広い分、テレビがかなり小さかったです。 街中と比べるとお値段がちょっと高めかな〜とは思いますがコンビニも近いし、ゆっくりできる点では利用できて良かったと思います。
