「My daughter‘s Apple Watch was stolen while we were out for the day on Saturday. I forgot to put the do not disturb sign up stating no housekeeping services would be requested. Additionally, our fire alarm had been removed from our wall and was sitting in a drawer, and we did not realize that until our second morning. The lady who runs the breakfast is incredibly rude and suggested we fill a water bottle for my daughter in the bathroom instead of her being willing to fill it from the kitchen sink...

「4 of 6 lights in the room did not work, including the light over the sink. I complained. 3 of the 4 lights were repaired except the one over the sink (the one needed the most).
The elevator smelled like it had been mopped with filthy water.」
