「We had a great stay here. The room was perfectly adequate and clean. Lake Placid has so many things to see and do, we really just used the room for sleeping. The pool and canoe equipment were a great bonus. The location is quiet but it’s just a 10 minute walk to the main streets. Parking was a little tight but we managed. We would definitely stay here again.」

「Room was very nice and amenities were excellent. Microwave and fridge/freezer - very nice. Huge Samsung TV which required some effort to figure out how to navigate the channels, but after that I enjoyed the channel options and the picture quality. Some written instructions would have been nice. Ditto for the a/c remote but I didn't really need it. 「The staff was truly remarkable. We were instantly relaxed. Our bags were in our room before we were. Snacks in the room, a well stocked fridge with water and juice. A lovely bottle of wine. Amazing breakfast included and brought to the room in baskets. When we checked out, the staff got our luggage, brought our car around, had bottled water ready for us and warmed up the car - all with smiles. And the bar staff - great drinks and very heavy pours with the wine :)」
