「It took us 9 hours to be able to check in. Never was asked for an ID, was handed a room key and was told to come back. Wasn't able to get ahold of property for two days ahead of reservation, because we needed to know if we'd have a crib as requested, we weren't able to. 「Place was run by Clowns. Sent me to my room and the door wouldn’t open, the safety bar was engaged. Carried my luggage back downstairs and they wanted to see for themselves. Took luggage back upstairs so they could go back downstairs and get a card key to another room.
