"This place is amazing. Yes, the parking lot in the back by where I enter for my room was a little bumpy but other than that it’s a 10 out of 10 the staff is amazing. "We were extremely disappointed in this hotel. We brought our grandkids for the weekend and were in lansing for our sons wedding. The pool was freezing so we could not swim. The room was awful. The heater smelled like a rotten animal whether on heat or cold and the curtains had what looked like blood all over them. I would not give the kids a shower in the tub as it looked like it had not been clean. Two pillows had blood stains on the pillows themselves and there was black stuff that...
