"i was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the hotel room - especially the bathroom!! additionally the owners were dealing with a really difficult customer for a long time and they always held their composure and were kind even when the customer wasn’t granting them any understanding of the situation. also super helpful that 7-11 was right across the street!!"
