「I booked this hotel through Expedia in April and I put my trust in them with my reservation. So the day I was set to arrive the hotel was NOT the hotel I reserved. Apparently the Days Inn in El Paso IL is permanently closed and has been for 4/5 years!!! So why put it on the site if it’s not there. I’m still waiting to hear back from Expedia for my refund and even they were hard to find. I hope this doesn’t happen to any one else.」
