「The staff was not helpful at all. Very rude. For a place like Hawaii I haven't seen such bad hospitality. Additionally, the pools and all common amenities are unavailable till 9 AM local time. Most travelers come from a different time zone and have young kids who wake up early. Having access to these facilities earlier in the morning would have been super helpful.」

「Overall the stay was good. We spent 8 days and went to many of the sights and beaches. The walk down to the beach onsite is a little steep just stay to the right on the way down. The kitchen was serviceable and we used it a lot. The place Comfortably sleeps 4 with two open sleeping quarters. The sofa / TV area was nice and the lanai was nice. A few maintenance items in the unit that need attention and the unit is somewhat dated but does the job. 」

「Great for watching waves and whales (and chickens). While the location is nice, and the building is in good repair, we found the furniture uncomfortable to sit in. New cushions would improve the ability to enjoy the place.」
