「We had a late check in around 10pm, the staff is so friendly once we walked in the hotel. This Hampton has rated the best Hampton in the nation for the past 5 years and I totally agree with the rating. The room is clean and big, the morning breakfast area is very comfortable (the food are ok). Basically it's a great hotel. The only 2 downsides are: (1) sound proof not too good (2) the pool is really tiny But it is a great stay, except for the price is a little high (we paide US$220 per night)」

「First of all, it’s not a Holiday Inn Express - It’s now a Country Inn. The decor is dated. As I entered my room, I was immediately met with an extremely funky smell. When I sat on my bed and looked up, there was mold on the ceiling! Completely unacceptable situation.」

「Perfect, convenient location. Amazing views from balcony. Absolutely horrific mattresses. Barely any outlets. Had to strip all beds and take out all of the trash before 10 am checkout. 」

「The property is average for a beachfront condo style hotel in the area. The room that we paid for online was described as a king bed complete with a picture of the bed and bedroom. While the picture of the living room area was accurate, the bedroom picture bore no semblance to the actual bedroom and its furniture. The bed was somewhere between full and queen in size, but closer to full. The mattress was by far the worst mattress I've slept on since my college days.」

「The carpet and kitchen were filthy. Actually the entire room had a “dirty feel.” Bedroom carpets were the worst. Our feet were disgusting from walking on them. I actually bought cleaning supplies and cleaned everything except the carpet. Vacuuming was the best I could do. Furniture needs updated or repaired along with the walls and ceiling. Living room was nice. Furniture smelled like wet dog, chips and other febrile was around and under the furniture, and there were cigarette buts on the...
