「As the price value was pretty okay for what they provided, a clean room with a reasonable breakfast. Located next to the highway to the West as I remember. Except the 2 reception staffs morning and late afternoon were a bit impolite and impatient.
I complained that they offered me a very inconvenient room that hard to carry my big luggage through a very hallway. The reception female staff for check in answered me kind of stupid reply.
Another lady in the morning, that I asked when returned...

「I had a great stay at Quality Inn & Suites Thunder Bay Downtown. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made the experience even better.
The location is very convenient, with easy access to downtown and nearby restaurants. The complimentary breakfast and 24-hour coffee were also a nice bonus.
Overall, a reliable and comfortable place to stay I would definitely recommend...
