"Room was not cleaned. Floors were filthy. Molded sink pipes. Moldy dirty soap scum and hair on the walls in the shower. A slight off smell inside a non smoking room. The door at the bottom sealant is broken off to where a rodent or small animal could slide under."

"The check-in was seamless and the hotel accommodations were good. We were able to do an early check-in as well. However the first room we were given was not suitable for us because it smelled of smoke, but I was able to get our room changed and it smelled better. Although the floor was dirty and needed mopping, we had returned after the cleaning staff was gone, so I dealt with it. Overall, the stay was good and the beds were clean. I and my husband slept well. Thanks for accommodating us."
