"the first night was great and i paid online the second night to get my points on the app and i thought it would be cheaper and then the guy told me that i reserved the wrong room so i asked if i could just pay the difference thinking it would be less than $10, but the guy charged me $54 something abt an early check in, like what? i was alr there, why would i need to check in??? but being that it was my mistake thinking that these hotels were happy abt participating in these hotel apps, they get paid regardless right? well wrong, but needless to say that was our last night there and i doubt i will be returning bc that was unnecessary he did not have to do that"
