I had “checked in” for all of 5 mins saw the room and headed back to the front desk, hotel has denied a refund entirely, and I can’t get ahold of the manager. And Expedia has been no help either. "

"The hotel had a locked and completely empty office. Doors to rooms were open, no cars in the parking lot. We took a photo of the property to prove it was a mess, and a woman came out of no where screaming about us taking pictures and took a photo of our license plate. We left immediately Hotels.com was AWESOME at handling this for us, and we were refunded and compensated."
