"I was very pleased with the suite we had. The room was nicely lit with several choices in the room. The shower/ tub assistance bars were a great touch. The maintenance personnel was very helpful as were all employees there. I highly recommend this place for a comfortable stay."

"The hotel sent an email the day before arrival saying my reservation was cancelled due to "unavoidable circumstances". There was no additional explanation given. No refund was mentioned either and I was told to refer back to Hotels.com for any possible refund. This was the weekend of the local University's Homecoming/Student Preview which I was attending so it was impossible to find a replacement hotel on such short notice. My friends in the area said it was a good thing to not stay here though....
