Barlavento Islands 2 Stars Hotels

"This aparthotel is a good option considering "

"Clean room, cooking in room made for cozy dining, and the breakfast was superb. I especially enjoyed the freshness of the yogurt and the quality of all breakfast had to offer. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. Would go back for sure. "

"Very decent place. Friendly and accommodating staff. Good food as well. The room is spacious and has basic amenities - washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave etc. There's also a swimming pool but I didn't request for it to be operational so it wasn't. It's close (walking distance if you don't mind walking) to the beach, restaurants and shops around. They can also get you in touch with a tour group if you'd like a day tour of the island. Note that you'd have to pay for air conditioning and an...

"Apartment was beautiful, great location, upstairs to a really nice cafe. Host was very friendly!"

"It’s was good hostel nice people working there "

"This hotel is just the right fit for the paradise that is Santo Antao. The staff is warm and friendly, the food is stellar and the rooms are elegantly decorated as is the entire property. Highly recommend and can't wait to go back!"

"Great apartment, had everything we needed, air conditioning works well, cooking was easy, the bed was very comfy and the cleaner was brilliant. The pool is great, an oasis after being out and about. The lady who runs the place was friendly and could be contacted night and day. The only downsides have nothing to do with the apartment, the beggars on the street are a pain, as is the rubbish and dog poo. If the government of Cape Verde had any sense, they would use the entry taxes to employ the...

"The hotel was a min walk to the beach, lovely restaurants in walking distance. The staff was warm to talk with. Lovely gentleman at reception helped us sort our day when we had some trouble. Decent breakfast, and barista made coffee served. "

"The Room was described as a Triple Room with three twin beds. We, fairly naiively given the room cost, thought this meant three bedrooms each with twin beds; to the hotel what it meant was a single room with three single beds. As we were two men and a woman, with no partners invoIved, this wasn't ideal. We immediately complained but as there were three of us the hotel manager had trouble understanding our issue, "how many beds did we need?". We are adults, friends and scuba divers (used to...

"Simple, clean, friendly staff, located on the Main Street near all the restaurants, bars and Santa Maria beach. "

"Nice family style hotel with a god breakfast (but not included in the tariff)."

"Excellent "

"Great location as 1 minute walk from the Main Street. Very clean, the room was spacious and comfortable. Nice bathroom and great shower, though there was a power cut when some water pressure dropped. It was a quiet street but close to amenities. The beach was a 5 min walk away and plenty of guys offering excursions along the way. Communication was a little delayed at times but the hotel arranged pick up and drop off at the airport which was necessary as flights seem to land and depart in the...

"Great hotel. Great location. Friendly helpful staff"
