"Hotel Indigo exceeded my expectations in all the areas that are nonnegotiable for me: quiet, comfortable bed, good shower, ability to adjust the temperature to a comfortable level. The staff is also very friendly and accommodating. It’s not always easy to get a great night’s sleep in Manhattan, but the Indigo made that happen four nights in a row! "

"We stayed here because our connecting flight home was canceled. We were exhausted and just needed a shower and a good nights sleep. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I don’t normally stay in this area when I come to NYC. There wasn’t a lot of restaurants to choose from close to the hotel. The staff were friendly. They helped get us a cab to the airport the following morning."
