"フロントはほぼ中国語しか話せず、私たちは少ししか中国語が話せなかったのでチェックイン時に難儀しました。滞在費はチェックイン時に現金のみで支払いです。ベッドのマットレスは硬かったです。掃除の際に500mlほどの水を2本補充してくれていましたが、歯ブラシと石鹸は補充してくれませんでした。また、google mapsに記載されている住所は謝りで、正しい住所は百度の地図に載っています。"

"기본적인 것이 잘 갖추어진 호텔입니다 특히 종업원들의 서비스 정신이 너무나 훌륭합니다 끝까지 고객을 도우려는 자세는 제가 여태껏 이용했던 그 어느 호탤 보다도 훌륭합니다 딱 하나 웹상으로 호텔에서 북경 국제 전시장까지 45분으로 나왔는데 이것은 거짓말입니다 90분 정도걸리고 차기 막히면 2시간 걸립니다 이때문에 저는 너무나도 힘들었습니다"

"A bit confusing at first. I'd booked the Xinjiang Hotel and they couldn't find the booking. Then referred me to the Xinjiang Plaza 100 meters away. Very frustrating when you cant find anyone that speaks English. Apart from that it was a very good place to stay. When I booked at the hotel it excluded breakfast. At the plaza the price included breakfast and was cheaper."
