「Paradise Hotel was a great choice for us it’s very nice place the room with balcony was very good and clean the stay excluded breakfast and breakfast was very good the staff at the reception from the manager Ms Omnia Yasmin and Abdul rahman were very helpful and nice our thanks to all of them.
Overall we were very happy in this hotel and also this hotel is 2 minutes from City Star the biggest mall in Cairo we definitely stay there again 」

「新装修的酒店非常新，我当时住5楼，一边还是毛坯房。新装修有点味道。但是整体很新，布置 也很现代，配套设施全新很齐全。有洗衣机，餐具，灶台，碗筷等，适合常住。不过服务人员服务意识一般，不知道是不是对服务费有很高预期，可能我们给少了，人家看到我们不太待见。离店时帮忙搬行李也是草草了事。所以多透气，多训练员工服务性，比让我们离店前填写酒店评价表来的重要。」

「- Great service before/during the stay & enthusiastic staffs, they tried to do their best to
- Clean room with comfortable bed
- Good location (near the metro station, restaurants, supermarket...etc)
- Fantastic breakfast
- the hotel offerred airport transfer service, with good car and enthusiastic driver
-However, the soundproof should be improved. There are bars and at downstairs and open until 2 am. not recommend to stay here if hard to fall asleep」
