Taj City Centre Gurugram
Initially a disaster. Then they moved me to a new room on a new floor. Better. Property seems more worn down than Taj Bengaluru airport property. It’s seems that the latter is better managed. Bathroom towels seemed clumped and smelly. Could use a fabric softener and drier dried can help.

Trident, Gurgaon
We immediately were upgraded to a premium suite. Our flights were all delayed. Our baggage is missing and this hotel quickly picked us up from airport. Allowed us to have breakfast before we even checked into our room. This is my third time at trident. I just love it here. I can’t wait to come back ...

ZEN Studios - DLF CyberCity Gurgaon
The rooms were spacious, with a balcony, and it's a good spot to rest during a long layover in Delhi. It is close to the airport and convenient.
