「Had a problem with the TV. Staff came right away to check, and found a former occupant had used a fire stick that changed the format resulting in no reception. TV was reset and worked fine. Staff was courteous and friendly then, and also at checkout, even recommending where to have dinner. Room was clean and adequate for the price.」

「Very cute and very basic. Exactly what you need to sleep, eat, shower and relax. The bed was quite comfy!! The staff was nice enough, but didn’t really explain much about the accommodation or area. Which I was ok with that, I was doing my own exploring. I spent two nights and loved the view and being on White River. Great location for fishing, hiking canoeing/kayaking….」

「Debbie has gone above and beyond to make our stay as satisfying as possible!!! And what a great cook! She did not have to make us dinner upon late arrival, but, she insisted, and we enjoyed the grilled cheese sandwiches, chips and cookies, immensely!!! My husband was born and raised in Arkansas, and has been to Heber Springs many times, however, this was my first visit and I'm excited to go house hunting, today!!! 「Overall this is a very clean motel, to be an older motel. Appears on the outside weren’t much but on the inside, the rooms are nice and most importantly CLEAN!! Sort of wish they’d fix the pool. Outside of that, worth the rate. 」

「The hotel is clean, modern, and spacious. Parking is a bit odd, its across the street. They even have a spa for pedicures, manicures, and massages. If you are visiting the property, book those in advance.」

「It was the perfect property for our long weekend with kids who really only wanted to swim! The pool on the property was sparkling clean and well kept. We were close to many other areas to swim and fish in the lake. The staff and owners were super friendly and accommodating. We will go back soon. 」

「This place was amazing. Quite little cabins in a wonderful setting. We paid for the lake view and would do it again without doubt. Watched the sun set over the lake. Had an amazing meal at their restaurant. Highly recommend. 」
