「Overall, a good hotel, particularly as it relates to security, meals, and the supportive and hardworking staff. However, the hotel needs a general upgrading - rugs, ceilings, and the lift - one was not working, and the second lift could not take you from the ground floor to the 1st and the 3rd floors - so, you used the stairs for these floors.」

「Worst hotel stay ever. Everything that's advertised was not available. Did not have food advertised on the menu. They had our laundry since Friday and gave it the day I was leaving which was 4 days later. 「Clean. Good food and very helpful staff.」

「Very elegant hotel with nice staffs and clean environment. The restaurant is a jewel with various delicious offerings」

「Tja Young man at the reception was just super nice and professional..」
